The Sammy Ofer School of Communications’ Museum focuses on the important historic contribution of communication to civilization and human interaction across boundaries. The museum fits in perfectly with the atmosphere of innovation that characterizes the school. The museum exhibits the development of communication ventures in the world from the beginning of the 20th century, while placing a strong emphasis on documenting the means in which instruments of communication were used prior to, and during, the founding of the state of Israel. In the museum, visitors are presented with rare and unique instruments of communication from around the world, which are displayed in Israel for the first time.
The Museum of Communication is nonprofit and is owned by the Sammy Ofer School of Communications at the IDC, Herzliya.
